I am focused on bioinformatics, molecular biology, chemistry, biomaterials, drug delivery systems & in vivo modeling as well as pre-clinical study (Preclinical candidate compounds, PCC), and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) service. such as DNA/plasmid, mRNA/siRNA/ASO, peptide/protein, recombinant cells/microbe, and bio-responsive materials (lipid, polymer, and hybrid nanoparticles). Through proteomics, transcriptomics, interface assembly, and bio-nano interaction in living biosystems, bio-responsive materials, and micro-nanofabrication, these smart modalities by bioinspired design and manipulation could innovatively create biosensors, precision medicines(formulation), and bioprobes with the iterative loop into motion.
